We are one of the few companies that can deliver "LIVE" interest rates to you throughout the day. We typically get a minimum of four (4) intra day rate changes starting at 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm and 4:00pm CST, to ensure the best possible rate delivery. That is why it is so important that you are timely in getting us your information.
Other impacts to rate are Loan Amount, Purpose of the loan, Loan to Value (LTV) and Property type.
RATE = RISK (the lower the risk, the lower the rate)
FICO Score of 750+ earns you the best possible market rate, and the ones you normally see advertised.
Credit score
It has one of the biggest impacts when it comes to determining your interest rate. Every mortgage company, including ours, uses the mid FICO score when grading your risk and delivering your rate.

In our analysis of your application, we take a comprehensive approach to your situation to provide recommendations that may improve your total financial position. Part of this analysis includes a Free review and quote on your insurance needs to ensure you benefit from the most current rates and programs available including life and property/casualty. In most cases we may deliver a better policy that saves our clients up to 15% on current home and auto through one of our major national carriers.
